Paperplane is a creative studio operated under Paper Studios (Pty) Ltd.

All products sold through this website are created, illustrated, and/or photographed by Paperplane.
All rights are reserved. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Products & Services

Paperplane offers both:

  • Digital products (including downloadable files)

  • Physical print-on-demand products (such as mugs, prints, and other merchandise)

Physical products are produced and fulfilled by third-party partners, including Printify and Gelato.

These items are made on demand and often produced locally to the customer’s region.

Because of this:

  • Print quality, materials, and colour may vary slightly

  • Production methods and delivery times can differ depending on location

  • Minor variations are normal and not considered defects

All content, products, designs, illustrations, photographs, and digital files are the intellectual property of Paperplane / Paper Studios (Pty) Ltd.

By purchasing from this store, you agree that:

  • All products are for personal use only

  • Products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes

  • Digital products may not be uploaded, shared, or made available to others in any form

Unauthorised use or reproduction of any Paperplane content is strictly prohibited.

Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital sales are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure suitability and compatibility.

Physical Products, Returns & Refunds

All physical products are made to order through third-party print-on-demand partners.

Because items are produced specifically for each order:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue

  • Where appropriate, a replacement will be arranged in coordination with the fulfillment partner

Refunds are issued only where a replacement is not possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Production location

  • Destination country

  • Customs processing

  • Local postal or courier services

Paperplane is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.
