Flight Card is developed by Paperplane D Pty Ltd. This privacy policy explains how Flight Card handles your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data Collection

Flight Card does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with Paperplane D Pty Ltd or any third party. All data you enter into the app — including flight details, crew names, aircraft information, and operational records — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.

iCloud Backup

Flight Card offers an optional iCloud Backup feature available as an in-app purchase. If you choose to enable this feature, your flight data will be synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is governed by Apple’s iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Paperplane D Pty Ltd does not have access to your iCloud data at any time.

Analytics and Tracking

Flight Card does not use any analytics tools, tracking software, or advertising frameworks. We do not monitor your usage of the app in any way.

Third Party Services

Flight Card does not integrate with any third party services, APIs, or data brokers. No data leaves your device except through Apple’s iCloud service as described above and only if you choose to enable it.

Data Security

All data stored locally on your device is protected by your device’s built-in security features including passcode and biometric authentication. iCloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple.

Children’s Privacy

Flight Card is designed for use by aviation professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
